The Mari - Getting to Know Her

Refined, without effort
Some jeans are about ease, others are about shape. The Mari sits somewhere slightly different.
Since launch, it’s been the pair people reach for when they want to feel a little more put together, without changing how they dress entirely. The same wardrobe, just held in a slightly sharper way.

The Shape
The Mari is cut with a higher rise and a slim leg that runs clean from hip to hem.
The intention here wasn’t to create something tight or restrictive, but to refine the proportions of the jean so it feels closer, more considered, without losing comfort. That balance is what defines it.
A silhouette that follows the body, rather than holding away from it, creating a shape that feels flattering, but still easy to move in. And it has this way of elongating the legs.
First Wear
Slim jeans can often feel familiar, which can make them easy to overlook. What’s come through with the Mari is how different it feels when the proportions are right.
Amy’s feedback was short, but it said everything:
“I have feedback, but I think it might be unhelpful… I can’t really fault these.”
Elen noticed it straight away:
“First try on - perfect. It just felt right.”
And then there’s what happens next.
“The Mari are beautiful and very smart, and I’ve already worn them three times.” — Lyn

Everyday Wear
The Mari moves easily through the day, but what’s been most interesting is how naturally it settles into routine.
Lyn described exactly how she wears hers:
“I’ll probably wear them if I go to York… with a shirt and cardigan and my coat.”
Layers, warmth, a full day out. Time spent walking, sitting, moving between places.
It’s a jean that holds its shape through all of that, keeping everything feeling considered, even when worn with softer, more relaxed pieces. That’s where this fit comes into its own.
It doesn’t need to be styled in a particular way. It works with what you already wear, just bringing a little more structure to it.

How it Fits into your Wardrobe
The Mari tends to be the one you reach for when you want things to feel a little more pulled together, without changing what you’re wearing.
It works across the day without needing to change, holding its shape and supporting everything around it, rather than competing with it.
And over time, it becomes the pair you rely on when you want a bit more clarity in how everything comes together.
