Returns + Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our jeans, you can return them for a refund or an exchange if you are within the UK.

To return them from within the UK all you need to do is fill out the paperwork that arrived with your order and send them back to us using the return label inside the package.

Returning items from overseas will be at the cost of the customer. You can pick a courier of your choice or we can create you a returns label, the cost of which will be taken from your refund. Please contact customer service for this option.

Some small print:

They need to be returned with all labels attached within 90 days, unworn aside from trying on, which is pretty standard stuff.
Postage will not be refunded.

Please note that in some instances refunds can take between 10-21 days to reach your account.
