Back in 2010, Chris Brigham was working as a graphic designer. But more and more, he found he wanted to break out of the two-dimensional world and create things with his hands. Things that both had a purpose and were beautiful. He started building in his garage, turning it into a wood shop. A good designer is a good designer, no matter the medium. With that, Knife & Saw was born.

Meet New York's Youngest Truffle Dealer

Ian Purkayastha is a dealer known for selling the good stuff. The 22 year old owner of Regalis Foods, a Brooklyn based specialty food purveyor, sells fresh truffles, mushrooms, caviar, Japanese Waygu beef, foraged foods, and more exotic foods, like salmon milt (male salmon sperm), to the most notable restaurants in NYC. The competition is fierce. This documentary is a great insight into a not so well known industry. 

 

The Thousand Year Journey

Jedidiah Jenkins knows how to live differently. He has been living off his bike for over a year as he travels from Oregon to Patagonia. Luckily he's been documenting the trip for us to watch. It's a good one.
