Our aim is to make you a great pair of jeans. And to give you a great service that makes it as simple as we can. If we do that, and we do that consistently, then this little company will grow. And we will get more people making jeans again in our town. And that’s our big goal.

We may be small, but we care a whole lot. Our secret weapon is Naomi. Not a bad bone in her body. But plenty of nice ones.

Shipping. (UK)

All orders are sent out via a tracked Royal Mail Service. An email to tell you they have shipped will be sent out as your order leaves us along with a tracking number. It should arrive within 2-3 working days.

Shipping (Export)

We ship to all over the world. Our jeans will be sent out via International Royal Mail Tracked service. An email to tell you they have been shipped will be sent out as your order leaves us along with a tracking number. Your jeans should arrive within 7-10 working days of leaving us. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. 

Returns.

Only when you are happy, can we be. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our jeans, you can return them for a refund (postage will not be refunded). No questions asked. Some small print: They need to be returned within 90 days and unworn, which is pretty standard stuff. Once the jeans arrive back with us your refund will be processed. Please note it can take up to 14-21 working days for the refund to reach your account.

There is a freepost returns address for all UK orders. This service by Royal Mail is only available for UK orders. Returning items from abroad will have to be customers cost. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Hiut Denim Co cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Free Repairs. For Life.

We stand by what we make. And keep standing by it even when things go wrong. That's why we offer a free repairs policy for life on our jeans.

We can't offer this service on the Tech Jean as it can't be darned liked a pair of jeans can.

Some rules:

No smelly stuff. The Grand Masters are not happy to work with smelly jeans. They have a point.

So please wash your jeans before mailing it, and be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Hiut Denim Co cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. Typical turnaround time for repairs - with shipping - is about 2 weeks, but may be longer during busy times.

Include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen.
