Shipping Information. 

Shipping - UK.

All UK orders are sent out using Royal Mail with 1-3 days delivery service.
You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

Next day delivery available on in stock items before 3:00pm Monday to Thursday.

Shipping - Overseas.

We ship our jeans all over the world.
Your order will be sent out via Courier Express which can take up to 4 days or Standard Delivery which can take 7-14 working days.
You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.
The option to pay customs and import duties will be available at the checkout. If you do not choose this option such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. This can also affect the delivery timescale, which is out of our control.

Returns and Exchanges.

Only when you are happy, can we be. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our jeans, you can return them for a refund or an exchange if you are within the UK.

To return them from within the UK all you need to do is fill out the paperwork that arrived with your order and send them back to us using the return label inside the package.

Returning items from overseas will be at the cost of the customer. You can pick a courier of your choice or we can create you a returns label, the cost of which will be taken from your refund. Please contact customer service for this option.

Some small print:

They need to be returned with all labels attached within 90 days, unworn aside from trying on, which is pretty standard stuff.
Postage will not be refunded.

Please note that in some instances refunds can take between 10-21 days to reach your account.
