Book in your jeans for free repairs. Hiut Denim jeans only please.
We believe that as a clothing company, one of the best things we can do for the planet is to make a product that lasts.
That is why we offer a free repair service.
So we can keep your jeans going for as long as we possibly can.
Please note we said Free not Fast :)
We cover the cost of the repairs.
All we ask is that you cover the cost of the postage.
When you book your repair in you will be allocated a month in which the repair will begin.
You can choose to hold on to your jeans until that month begins or send them straight away, it's completely up to you.
This is how it works:
Pay for your postage and provide the right details - name, email, return address and a brief description of the repair needed.
Send the jeans to us when you are ready but before the month begins.
We will log them and add them to the queue.
Paul will repair them.
And then we'll send them back all beautiful and darned.
Please keep your tracking number safe so you can see they've arrived safely and if you'd like an update on where they are in the queue just contact Lex or Joe in customer service, We do not do this automatically.
Some rules:
Only one jean per customer at a time. This makes it fair.
Make sure your jeans are freshly washed.
Make sure the pockets are empty (and check the legs for rogue socks!)
Make sure you include a note with your name and confirmation number in the parcel.
Any repair work that has been not done by Hiut needs unpicking if you'd like it re-done.
Ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
Please contact customer service if you only need a button or Rivet repair.
Remember free repairs are for the life of the jean, not the person. If we feel that your jeans are not repairable or have been repaired too many times, we will drop you an email and go from there.
Please return your jeans to:

The Old Jeans Factory,
Bath House Road,
Cardigan,
