Free Repairs for Life.

We make them, you break them. Then we make them again.

How to help?

A big hole is hard to repair.

A big rip is hard to repair.

So, it is much better to nip ’em in the bud.

See a small hole, send them back.

See a small rip, send them back.

Don’t let the molehill become a mountain.

Think small.

Think tiny.

Think Oh!, that’s beginning to go a bit.

The Rules.

No smelly stuff (please make sure there are no tissues or face masks in the jeans). The Grand Masters are not happy to work with smelly jeans. They have a point.

Wash your jeans in a washing machine before mailing them.

Ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Hiut Denim Co cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

If you are sending in a pair of jeans that have already been repaired by yourself or someone else and are looking to have that area re-done, please be sure to unpick the work done there before sending them to Paul.

Include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen.

Buy less. Buy better.
