Our phones are manned from 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We answer emails as quickly as we can.

We may be small, but we care a whole lot.

Shipping - UK.

All UK orders are sent out using DPD or Royal Mail next day delivery service.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.


Shipping - Overseas.

We ship our jeans all over the world.

Your order will be sent out via International Royal Mail Tracked, this can in some cases take up to 30 days or DHL express service which can take up to 7 days, your preferred option can be selected at the checkout.

 Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

Shipping to the EU post Brexit - We are still shipping to our EU customers. Since January 1st we are no longer charging VAT on EU deliveries but our customers are likely to be charged import duties and local tax on delivery.


Returns and Exchanges.

Only when you are happy, can we be. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our jeans, you can return them for a refund or exchange by filling in the paperwork that arrived with your order and sending them back to us.

To return the jeans just package them back up and from within the UK you can use the Freepost label that's included with your paperwork to get them back to us, please use this at a post office or have the item sent back to us using a tracked service of your choice and make sure you obtain proof of postage.

Returning items from overseas will be at the cost of the customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Hiut Denim Co cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Some small print: They need to be returned with all labels attached within 90 days, unworn aside from trying on, which is pretty standard stuff.

Postage will not be refunded.

Please note that in some instances refunds can take between 10-21 working days to reach your account.
