Our aim is to make you a great pair of jeans and to give you a great service. If we do that, and we do that consistently, then this little company will grow and we will get more people making jeans again in our town. That’s our big goal.

We may be small, but we care a whole lot.

Shipping. (UK)

All orders are sent out using FedEx next day delivery service.

Exchanges and repairs are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour delivery service.

An email will be sent out to you with a tracking number and link so that you can follow your jeans journey home.

Shipping (Export)

We ship to all over the world. Our jeans will be sent out via International Royal Mail Tracked service. An email to tell you they have been shipped will be sent out as your order leaves us along with a tracking number. Your jeans should arrive within 7-10 working days of leaving us. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

Returns.

Only when you are happy, can we be. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our jeans, you can return them for refund or exchange by filling in the paperwork that arrived with your order (postage will not be refunded).
Once the jeans arrive back with us, you will be notified and your return will be processed.

*Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to reach your account.
 

Some small print: They need to be returned within 90 days, unworn,which is pretty standard stuff and the “do not remove” tag that states “Please note returns will only be accepted if this tag remains attached” must still be affixed to the jean.


*Disclaimer: Although we provide a freepost address for use within the UK, we recommend that customers send their parcels using a tracked service  as we are not liable to cover the cost of loss or damage to parcels that are sent using our freepost service.


Returning items from abroad will be at the cost of the  customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Hiut Denim Co cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Free Repairs. For Life.

We stand by what we make and keep standing by it even when things go wrong. That's why we offer a free repairs policy for life on our jeans.

We can't offer this service on the Tech Jean as it can't be darned liked a pair of jeans can.

Some rules:

No smelly stuff. The Grand Masters are not happy to work with smelly jeans. They have a point.

So please wash your jeans before mailing it, and be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Hiut Denim Co cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. Typical turnaround time for repairs - with shipping - is currently about 8-12 weeks.

Include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, contact email address and what you are sending in and why.
