Why do we offer two repairs services
Hiut jeans are designed to be worn for years, not seasons. That’s why we offer a free repair service for life. For customers who want their repairs returned faster, we now also offer an express option, delivering finished jeans within three weeks.

What is the difference between the repairs services.
Our free repair service is available for life and ensures your jeans can be repaired at no cost, but standard repairs may take longer to complete as they are assigned by slots. The express repair option is a paid service for customers who want their jeans returned within three weeks. Both options are carried out by our skilled makers in Cardigan, using the same care and craftsmanship.

How long does a repair take
Our free repair service works in Slots so your repair will be returned to you in the month that they were booked in for. Our express service will take around 3 weeks.

What condition of jeans will you not accept for repair?
We are happy to repair jeans that have been worn and loved, but we cannot repair garments that have been altered beyond their original construction, extensively damaged in ways that compromise their structure or that have been repaired too many times for any new repairs to be viable. This helps us ensure every repaired pair meets the same quality and fit standards that Hiut stands for. If you are unsure, please contact customer service.

1. No smelly stuff. Please make sure there are no tissues or face masks in the jeans. The Grand Masters are not happy to work with smelly jeans. They have a point.
2. Wash your jeans in a washing machine before mailing them.
3. Ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Hiut Denim Co cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
4. If you are sending in a pair of jeans that have already been repaired by yourself or someone else and are looking to have that area re-done, please be sure to unpick the work done there before sending them to Paul.
