The questions we have for The ‘No Growth’ movement were inspired by this book.

The book The Republic of Tea chronicles the journey of three entrepreneurs—Mel Ziegler, Patricia Ziegler, and Bill Rosenzweig—as they develop their vision for a premium tea company.

Told through a series of faxes, the book showed you how they refine their concept, embrace a philosophy of mindfulness and intentionality, and balance creativity with business strategy, ultimately crafting a brand rooted in simplicity, quality, and purpose.

In the book, they call themselves Minister of Leaves, Minister of Progress and Minister of Enchantment.
