How long will the factory be closed for?
The factory is now back in production with all the proper safety precautions in place.
Can I speak to someone about my order?
Yes. Our phone lines are back up, there is currently only one line so please be patient when calling. And the amazing Alexa and Dan are still answering emails as quickly as possible.
Are you still shipping orders?
Yes, if in stock your order will be shipped to you as soon as the team can get it sent out but please expect delays. You can also pre-order out of stock products that will go into production.
Will I get my order as fast as normal?
To be safe, I would allow for a little longer than normal.
Where’s my refund?
If you have sent jeans back to us and are currently awaiting a refund, not to worry we are still processing them. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed. Post is taking longer than normal to reach us. But know this, as soon as it reaches us, we will get it refunded as soon as we can.
What should I do if I want an exchange or I need a refund.
If you have a return for exchange or refund to send back to us, we are now able to accept returns again so please send them over. If you are not able to ship your order back to us, we are extending the length of our 90 day returns policy to allow for this. Are you still doing repairs?
Not for now. But, as soon as Paul is able to get back to the factory, we will let you know that we can restart our free repairs programme.
