How long will the factory be closed for?
The honest answer is we don’t know. But as soon we are given the all clear, The GrandMasters will be sprinting back into the factory as fast as health and safety will allow.
Can I speak to someone about my order?
Kinda. We are not taking calls at the moment. But the amazing Alexa and Dan are still answering emails as quickly as possible.
Are you still shipping orders?
Yes, if in stock your order will be shipped to you as soon as the team can get it sent out but please expect delays. You can also pre-order out of stock products to go into production when the factory reopens.
Will I get my order as fast as normal?
To be safe, I would allow for a little longer than normal.
Where’s my refund?
If you have sent jeans back to us and are currently awaiting a refund, not to worry we are still processing them. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed. Post is taking longer than normal to reach us. But know this, as soon as it reaches us, we will get it refunded as soon as we can.
What should I do if I want an exchange or I need a refund.
If you have a return for exchange or refund to send back to us, please hold onto to it for the time being. We are extending the length of our 90 day returns policy to allow for this. If you are worried please get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Are you still doing repairs?
Not for now. But, as soon as Paul is able to get back to the factory, we will let you know that we can restart our free repairs programme.
